Jerry Bruckheimer confirmed on twitter today that Kaya has been cast for a role in the new Pirates of the Caribbean film. Shooting starts soon.

Good, this just set my expectation for the movie much higher than it was.

I like Kaya a lot but I just do not see her alongside Johnny Depp.
