I couldn't care less if idiots think he's ugly, THE GUY CAN ACT, that's all I care about & pay to watch.

His performance in "The Revenant" sold me on him as an actor, and I haven't seen "Detroit" in its entirety yet but from what tidbits I have seen, he does an amazing job in that one as well.
