Role in Sabrina the Teenage Witch??

I recently have been watching all my favorite childhood series, one of which is Sabrina: The Teenage Witch. I noticed that one of the cheerleaders that follows around Libi looks exactly like Anna Camp but younger.
Can anyone confirm whether or not that's her? I was just curious.
