her lawsuit gets thrown out on its a$$! Suing a magazine for exposing her true age, which supposedly resulted in typical Hollywood ageism, is ridiculous. How about she sue Hollywood for what amounts to age discrimination. She was living a lie and got caught. I would understand suing if the magazine said she was in her thirties when she wasn't, but to sue for telling the truth is BS. FYI her other claims are also BS because she knows that going after the magazines for only exposing her true age won't make it five minutes in a court so she has to say they lied about other parts of the story too. She was living lie and eventually got caught and Hollywood is doing what they always do to actresses in their thirties and that right there is the real lawsuit, but she won't go after the studios because they are way too powerful.
