She looks like Laura Harris who get no big roles after The Faculty and the fact that she cut her hairs short, bad career move for Léa too, specially that she is not good at all when she speaks too much!

from 2013, hairs don't grow 1 feet every year... it's fake wig and it really does appear fake in her last films, specially in Bond !

So for the last TWO YEARS she's been wearing a variety of wigs in many different styles and colours and lengths?
Hair starts growing back as soon as it's cut and some people's hair grows faster than others. (Mine grows very fast and it's annoying as hell!!) You can put your mind at ease, Léa is definitely not wearing a wig.

And you must be either bald, or having serious hair condition problems, if yours doesn't grows back during three years! Mine does grows back for about 3-5 months.
You should check your eyesight too. That photo is from 2012 and NOT 2013 LOL. :D
By the way: actors and actresses DO wear wigs, or cut their hair, if their role demands it. And she looks fine with short hair too.
