He is Luke Pasqualino's (U.K. Skins) Canadian doppleganger, I swear. Compliments to both, they're so fricken good looking.

Ironically, they have both acted in something in the Battlestar Galactica universe. With Luke acting in BSG:Blood and Chrome and Avan acting in Caprica. Also, Avan's new show looks really good. I saw the pilot and I would say it is definitely worth checking out. His show Twisted officially premieres on ABC Family on Tuesday June 11th at 9/8c.
