I know they are making a movie on Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and the Boston bombing . He would be perfect for the role but doubt he want to tie himself to that part .

shareI think as big as a monster he became it might help to see the real person he once was if only to stop the next one . He didn't start out that way but stopping the next from ending up that way would be worth it .

If you mean acting wise-capturing the essence of a laid back and charismatic teenager who turned sour under the influence of his extremist brother-then perhaps. I wouldn't know myself because I've only seen Avan in Twisted.
But they will have difficulty passing him off as Tsarnaev. Dzhokhar was from Chechnya. He was a brunette with pale skin, whereas Avan has a more ethnic Indian look to him.
