Just watched it...thought she did a really good job. (Thought everyone did actually for that matter, nice little indie'ish sleeper, glad I found it.)
I think that for some reason "the haters" like to talk crap about her, but with the right script and director she really shine.
Sometimes it just takes the right role to give you the opportunity to show what you're capable of ;)

shareThat's my favorite performance of hers, it was really nuanced. Critics seemed to have liked it too. I love the one shot long scene towards the end, where she's telling Shiloh's character that she's made her mind and is leaving, with the camera focused on her throughout. I thought she did it really well. The ending scene too. She did amazing considering the very few lines she had.
I agree, I think she can do well with the right script. She said she enjoys indie settings and she definitely seems more comfortable doing them. I can't wait to see her in CBGB.
