So exciting for and her new little family! I'm wondering how they are going to write that in on The Vampire Diaries..will make for an interesting season, and possibly the last?

I'm assuming this is why they added the twist of her carrying Alaric and Jo's twins lol. Just came on here to confirm.
Midseason of 7 came back to Caroline much larger which would definitely confirm she was obviously truly pregnant when this episode was filmed lol. Midseason 7 premiered the end of January and she gave birth in January of 16.
