They look like they could be sisters! Different hair color.. but very similar faces.

There mannerisms in both shows are similar and the way they act towards others. Both are hot as all hell, with nice bods. But they don't really resemble each other all that much IMO.

Phoebe and Deborah are stunningly beautiful but they look nothing alike facialy except for the smile
