Phoebe Tonkin would be the perfect Isabelle Lightwood! Can't you just picture her saying, "I am pure of heart," and batting her eye-lashes at a Clary that looks like Britt?

I definitely picture Pheobe as Isabelle while reading those books. She would play that character sooo well.
