Big break for the guy. This is a big role on a big show. He should be a key, central character for the next 6 seasons at least (assuming the show makes it that long)

With long hair and full long beard good part of Tom’s face is covered and he also appears much older.
I prefer him with short hair you get to see clearly his gorgeous face/ features and he definitely appears way younger.
