How does having cat pics make anyone "that guy"? I like me some cat pics. And what is "that guy" supposed to mean or be anyway? Anyway, after seeing GOTHAM a couple of times, and thinking that he was the most distinctive and unique-looking villain on the show, finally decided to look him up. I like his look on the show because it's kinda old-school style creepy. In fact, I couldn't help but think that this was the kind of role that Crispin Glover, who once had a lock on playing strange and very weird eccentric characters, could have pulled off back in the day--or maybe even now if he was cast in a role like that anywhere else.
