This is just a shout out to the best Oswald Cobblepot ever. I love it and hope he stays on for the entirety of the series.

A great Penguin indeed, but I think the best ever was Burgess.

I can't disagree. He has reinvented him and made him even likeable at times. I don't think it would be easy to say you dislike the character because it does have heart.

I think he deserves some awards.

In addition, he's the only good thing about Gotham.
