Does anyone else think he looks he could be Robert Mitchum's grandson? More specifically Robert Mitchum in "Night of the Hunter"

Yes, he looks like a soft, sawed-off version of Mitchum.

Same sleepy/droopy eyes. Mitchum had better build though.
