just looks annoying

Uh, he was a douche in that movie and pretty much every movie he's been in so far. It's just what he gets cast as. I really liked the movie though. I thought it was one of the funniest movies I seen in a while.

I honestly was against this movie when it released. I liked the original tv series - so I didn't want that memory to be ruined by something like this. However, when I came on IMDB and read some reviews and user posts - I had a change of heart. After seeing it, I can't get enough of rewatching it. I actually love the movie and gave it an 8 out of 10. It's so funny and entertaining to watch. I also love how they incorporated the old cast into the movie. Nicely done!

Yeah, incorporating the old cast was a surprise to me. I've watched it several times. The lines are hilarious and some of the stuff was impromptu.

Yes.... wanted to punch him in the face (the jaw, more specifically; maybe he'd speak in a different way) every second he was on the screen in 21 Jump Street.

I got the chance to meet him at my old internship and he was actually really sweet. I'm just a college student so I was basically whoever-is-the-guest's bi+ch, and I had a few awful celebrities who I never guessed would be asswipes in real life, but Dave stood out to me. He literally didn't stop smiling for a second, laughed a LOT (and loud), and genuinely seemed interested in other people. Just a really fun and positive person.

I gotta say though, one of the producers and I were talking about how much we liked Dave after he left and she goes "You know, if he wasn't drop dead gorgeous, people would think he was such a dork."

Lucky you! Never met the guy, but from watching interviews, he really does seem like the type of person you just described. He's always smiling and just brings out a positive vibe.

He seems like a dickhead. Everytime I see him in a movie I want to punch him in his face.
