I just watched "Take Me Home Tonight," all through the movie I kept thinking she was a blonde Kristen, eventhough I knew it wasn't. Even her mannerisms looked the same

They're not identical, but I can see the resemblance.

Definitely physically similar and both very mediocre actresses (especially Stewart).

Yeah, I think that's why they casted her in Warm Bodies. Made it funny that that the male and female lead looked kind of like the Twilight leads in a "similar" film. (I hate Twilight and not Warm Bodies, tho.)
