Looks like Helen Slater's daughter!

I think the age is about right. Perhaps none of you are old enough to remember the 80's cult sleeper "The legend of Billie Jean". This actress is a dead ringer for Helen slater at that age, so much so that I wonder if she's her daughter.

Not really, "Billie Jean" was just on Encore today. Not as similar as you say.
