Her voice

So what is up with her voice? It sounds so affected that it's distracting... it has this very rounded, almost British sound and just generally sounds pretentious. Has she alwaus sounded this way or is this just her Deep Actor voice?
I know the terrile reviews in her McQueen performance pointed it out as well

When she was a young child. She broke her nose two different times and didn't have it fixed by a surgery because her family didn't have the money to pay for the cost. That's why she has a nasal accent in her voice.

Now that Dianna has money. Dianna has said that she's had two surgeries to fix her nose. But she still has her nasal accent.
