tyranny reigns
the end is nigh...
shareAll the major news sources say that he won the recall and will stay on as governor, which means that at least some common-sense measures to keep the virus from spreading will stay in place.
California isn't Florida yet!
common sense like forcing all the kids 12 and up to be vaccinated if they want to go to school. yet Newsom allows 80,000 people at the football games. why no lockdown like last year if this version of covid is deadlier?
shareLol
shareSchools are small rooms in tight quarters. Football games are in big huge stadiums, most of which are outside which severely limits the possibility of transmission. I mean, use your brain before making stupid comments.
sharethen why the lockdown last year? people were forbidden to congregate even outdoors...whats different from last year to this year?
sharevaccines
sharevaccines neither cure or prevent someone from getting covid, the fact is, vaccinated and unvaccinated can still spread the virus. with millions of kids back in school and football stadiums packed to capacity, covid will be spreading like warm cheese on a hot day.
sharevaccines prevents deaths, vaccinated are under 2% of covid deaths now , that is good enough to not worry unless you want to protect kids
shareit might prevent deaths, it might not, no one knows the long term effects of a mRNA vaccine though. whats going to happen to kids that get the pfizer/moderna vaccine?
shareWhy no lockdowns or restrictions on adult activities?
Because right-wing idiots have politicized common-sense public health measures and made it politically impossible to do anything serious to fight the fucking plague, that's why! Nobody should be thinking about ANYTHING but public health right now, but certain factions have done their damndest to label attempts to stop the spread of a deadly and incurable virus and to save the lives of millions as political, not lifesaving.
And this is not a political post, this is ABOUT PUBLIC HEALTH.
investigate!
