You might want to take a look at the reruns of "The Bob Cummings Show" (if they are still available) and a couple of "I Love Lucy" episodes. They feature a skinny but large-breasted woman name Joi Lansing.
Lansing not only had a splendid figure, but an unusual, doll-like face and a lovely voice. She was 5'5" tall, and weighed 113 pounds. Unfortunately for fans of hers (of which I was one) she died several years ago.
You might wanna move outside from USA to define "skinny".
