He looks like an exact mix of those 2! (With a little Jared Padalecki thrown in) Just started watching his seasons of Dr. Who and that's all I can think! It's kinda cute... His eyebrows kinda irk me though...

Anyway, just thought I'd share!

I would say Smith is more like the late Fred Gwynne ( a.k.a. 'Herman Munster' ) mixed with John Merrick ( a.k.a. 'The Elephant Man' )! Definitely not normal looking.
