Why didn't she just lose weight?

I'm not saying this to be mean, I think Ariel is a beautiful girl but has always been thicker. I used to be the same when I was in high school and always gained weight in my chest, but when I lost 35 lbs I went from a DD to a C. I'm certain weight loss would have helped in her case. I think the surgery was a bit drastic.

just b/c someone loses weight it doesn't mean they're gonna go from an F cup to a D cup automatically. everyone thinks the key to shrink a boob size is to lose weight. it doesn't work that way. her boobs probably still would've been too big for her body frame.

reply

Boobs are mostly fat. She could have done push-ups to reduce their size but that would have required effort and less publicity.

reply

yeah b/c push-ups would've taken care of the problem.

Hello, My name is Dr. Hugh Jay Ugs.
I am a reconstructive surgeon in the Hollywood area with a very large and affluent clientele. I thought I would politely ask you in public to withhold the information you are providing. I was debating on sending out a cease and desist letter. If every female that desired to have a breast reduction learned that the trick is to "do push-ups" I would stand to lose a great deal of revenue. I understand that not everyone reading these forums has such a vast understanding of how muscles and the female body works like you do but please refrain from disclosing valuable information to the public.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

You need not worry Dr. Hugh Jackoff. The vast majority of people would rather sit on their ass and try to appear cute with minimal effort. After exhausting all efforts googling solutions, I'm sure they will find the path of least resistance into your welcoming fingers.

My best friend is in the military, and does push-ups, pull ups, etc. either weekly or daily. Her boobs didn't get any smaller, and she recently had a breast reduction. Some breasts are heavier tissue than others, and therefore not every treatment is going to work for everyone.

It doesn't always work like that. Yes, boobs are made of fat, but the female body resists burning fat there. When you work out, you don't burn fat evenly, just as you don't gain it evenly. Some people gain in the hips, legs, upper body, what have you, and it takes longer to get rid of it because there is more fat there. Some people don't really lose cupsizes at all - the bandwidth may shrink, but the breasts stay about the same size as they were - even worse, they may sag.
