Trump didn't do anything the first time, other than get rid of the mandate, which means, it's not likely he'll do anything this time.

Trump will most likely do nothing. But if he does anything, he will most likely make it harder for Americans to obtain healthcare. Trump is a businessman, health care in the USA is profit generating enterprise, not something that is seen as a benefit for Americans.
With such a high percentage of our young adults being too unhealthy to serve in the military, universal health care should be a national security issue. But allowing access to health care to the poor and middle class does not generate wealth for HMO's whose business model is collecting premiums and denying care.
