Left wing if I've ever seen it and a Marxist. All you have to do is read his Manifesto to come to this conclusion

He's definitely a murderer with some extreme ideas.

The right doesn't care about healthcare. Anyone telling you otherwise is lying to you to avoid seeming anti-people. It's stupid too because there's actual arguments to be made for why left-populist rhetoric over healthcare doesn't make sense

Classic liberals (which I used to be) would be offended that he's called a leftist, but it's pretty clear that he's far left in the Marxist realm. There are loons on the far right as well who disparage moderates so I don't know any reasonable people of either side who claim this anarchist asshole.

The news made it seem like he was a "Bernie Bro" so far left libertarian.
