CHARLIE HUNNAM DROPS OUT OF FIFTY SHADES MOVIE!!

I know this sounds cold, but I am SO glad Charlie Hunnam is no longer attached to this project.

I've not seen his work, but judging by his pictures he was just so the wrong casting choice for Christian Grey. TOTALLY WRONG. Even if Alexander Skarsgard got it I wouldn't have mind.

I really and truly hope Alex goes for it and gets it. COME ON SAM TAYLOR-WOOD and E.L James. You're looking right at him for crissakes!!!! Alex Pettyfer IS Christian Grey.

I'm glad as well that Hunnman wont star in that piece of trash. If the movie is only twice as good as the source material it will still be awful, I can't imagine any respectable actor would agree to be in that movie.

The book is not great at all and I'm no fan of it, but there is no denying the film is going to be absolutely huge due to the massive female fan-base (70 million copies sold).

Look at Twilight. The books were not well written at all, but due to its fan base prior to release the film went on to be a huge hit.

It's going to be interesting to see the next person they cast as Christian Grey for sure. I really hope it's Alex as he wants to do it and this will make a nice transition from teenage roles to adult roles.

As someone who is NOT a fan of that garbage you seem to care a lot.
And I doubt the movie will be huge, considering you can't masturbate in the theater, but let's wait and see.

OK.

Well I cared because Alex submitted a casting tape with Gus Van Sant and also I'm interested in the casting process considering the book sold 70 million regardless of my opinion.

The mere fact you can't even contribute to a conversation constructively and also have no concept of how much 70 million is worth regarding book sales or anything beyond that really speaks volumes.

As you said, let's wait and see.
