x men was wasted and pathetic.

I really dont understand what happened with x men, I dont understand what went wrong. Why was she so wasted in it? why didn't she have a better role, or at least more speaking lines?

she was literally a henchman, she was like just another bodyguard, I was looking forward to her so much in the movie, i was so excited, but, what they did to her was pathetic. it was almost insulting. she does nothing really, she doesnt even speak.

They seemed to be setting her up for another (perhaps larger) role in a subsequent installment. Hopefully she has a bigger role.

I did find it ridiculous how they plastered her on all of their marketing considering the very little screen time she actually gets.

I am glad her role was limited since I actually liked her in the movie. Too bad I know her from her show host days when she was really bad.

the problem is that it was a garbage set up, it wasnt memorable.
she wasnt likable, she was barely noticeable, she had like 5 lines.

it was a horrible set up.

nightcrawler had a much much bigger role and i dont think he was nearly as promoted s her.
he was not as shown in the trailers... this was ridiculous

reply

Yeah, she was barely shown. It was also weird to me that Magneto was a henchman in the movie. He's nobody's henchman! I felt like the movie tried to cram in too many characters and they were in turn compromised.

Why was she so wasted in it? why didn't she have a better role, or at least more speaking lines?Because Bryan Singer doesn't like women? /shrug
