I think she has the potential to break that label though. Probably because I'm a fanboy of Smallville, and took note of every piece of work I've come across and say "Hey, there's that chick."..like I did with Amy Adams.

I think that's about right. She really does fit that mould. But I wish her luck, she's such a fine looker.

That's comparing apples to oranges and if you can't see the difference you're just an idiot. Besides, the OP is right, she will never make any RELATIVELY (that word is for you, look it up) meaningful money in Hollywood.

So only people who make "real big money" or "huge movies" matter? Pretty shallow worldview.

Most genre actors probably like getting steady work in sci fi and action shows. It allows them to live comfortably, but they don't have to deal with the insane press tours, tabloid gossip, etc if they are just flying under the radar on TNT or CW-style shows. It also allows them to spend more time with their friends and family and to interact more with fans at smaller settings like comic cons.
