Easily the best actress in Hollywood right now

Chastain is truly incredible. Her range, versatility and nuance when it comes to acting is second to none. You never catch her acting in any scene, she really embodies the character she plays and makes you feel that you are truly in their shoes. Deserves way more Oscars nominations and the fact that she has yet to win one is a crime. Her getting a Razzie nomination should have never happened.

She’s good. I’ve never been wildly impressed by her, other than perhaps in Take Shelter, which I feel is her best performance to date.

Tree of Life is her best

She was fine but The Tree of Life didn’t require her to do all that much, I thought. She was more a concept than a character. Brad Pitt had more to do (and delivered one of his finest performances).
