Weird accent?

I was watching interviews with him and he has a weird accent like a mixture of an English and Southern accent. What's up with that lol?

He was just on TV talking about Hercules and he sounded like he had a bad Australian accent.I've no idea why he speaks like that.I don't follow him,does he always sound like that?

I don't follow him either I just saw him in an interview online and wondered why he was talking like that haha.
