The correct address is the first one. I've spoken to his publicist about turn around times for signed pictures, and what fans might do to help the process, and Alex literally receives dozens of requests a day so there's no guarantee that you'll get an autograph or how long it will take if you do.

As a general rule, you will need to supply the photograph or item to be signed yourself. Include no more than a one page letter stating your request and include a SASE (stamped and self addressed envelope) with the correct amount of US postage.

Cheers, the old address was given to me by Alex's publicist when I was sending through a picture to be autographed for a charity group I work with. I had no idea the address had changed.
