Retiring???
The news is all over the internet that Tom Brady is retiring but I don’t believe it until he says it himself.
shareThe news is all over the internet that Tom Brady is retiring but I don’t believe it until he says it himself.
shareCould be looking for more money
sharehe did say so himself
shareWho gives a shit? 💩
He never gave an official so it's all just hearsay. He never made up his mind.
shareWell, he retires as The GOAT, and I don't think anyone else will even come close to his achievements in my lifetime.
shareMass confusion right now for sure, he needs to hop onto social media or something and tell everyone what’s up cause 22 great years ending on hearsay is not fun.
shareThe article below notes that Brady would get to keep a $15M signing bonus if he retired AFTER February 4th. I always thought a player would want to quit while they are ahead in the NFL since there is always a chance of a big hit coming.
I am guessing that he will play another year since he is still playing at a high level. I'm just mad that I had to keep switching channels to find news shows that weren't talking about Tom Brady's purported retirement.

He should have retired long ago. Nobody needs seven Super Bowl rings. Give some other quarterbacks a chance.
shareFootball isn't socialism.
shareIt is the opposite of socialism.
shareWhat does football have to do with socialism? I'm talking about fairness.
shareSure, let's give every football quarterback a super bowl ring because "fairness." The "everybody gets a trophy" mentality has ruined your entire generation.
shareI'm not talking about giving away free Super Bowl rings. But I think three is a generous amount; seven is excessive. Brady could have retired long ago and he would still have had the world at his feet. He's set for life with a cushy NFL pension. He could become a head coach, an announcer, owner of a business or anything his heart desires. Or he could do a noble thing like mentoring new quarterbacks so others can have a chance at some of the glory, too.
The media coverage of his retirement is ridiculous. This is just some guy who got paid to throw a ball, not someone who cured cancer or put his life on the line to save others. This isn't earth-shaking front-page news.
Winning the super bowl should be about being the best. Period. If Tom Brady's team wins the super bowl fair and square, then he deserves the ring no matter how many times he's already done it.
share"...fair and square"...?
The Patriots... a.k.a. the "Cheatriots"? Seriously? I'm not going to waste my time rehashing all the incidents that are common knowledge.
