Why hasn't she had that sore on her cheek removed?

"Sore?" Seriously daft referring to her mole as such. Like it's a weeping wound of some sort.

It's not a "little" mole. It looks like crap and detracts from her appearance. A small scar would look better than that awful looking thing.

I refer to it as a beauty mark, it actually enhances her look like moles and freckles usually do on certain women. No problem with it at all bro.

If you like sounding ignorant then beauty mark is a fine term for it... for the rest of the world that wants to use proper terminology it's a mole.
