Does anyone else think he is annoying?

I think he's stunning. He's not perfect looking but I definitely find him very attractive. Like hot and naughty.

I cant stand him

Well, I find him both annoying and stunning.
Annoying mostly because he always play the character who's totally helpless and have to depend on others to survive, and stunning just 'cuz he play those roles so well.
He looks like an average kid, pretty cute for his age but not extremely good looking, but that doesn't matter in this case since he's just 13 years old, and on top of that, a good actor.

Not at all it's his character whose obnoxious and bratty not him Jimmy is one of the best and most convincing child actors recently i've been very impressed

He is not annoying at all!

No way he has always been one the nicer kids in Hollywood like the Sprouse brothers. He does need a haircut but they are all following the disney school of haircuts right now. You give a few years, yes he is going through an awkward stage with growth, his lips and nose are bigger, but he will look hot as when puberty is down with him, look at Angus T Jones, he was all fat and akward, but now wow he is looking nicer and every few months he has shed the puppy fat and is looking great, I love Jimmy and he can act, if he coulden't why would he be cast in so many films ...

People who can't act get casted all the time. Megan Fox, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Nicolas Cage, Jessica Alba, etc. Really I don't think the kid is a good actor. He's already a typecast and he's only 13. He always plays a kid that's somehow in trouble or in peril, except for Evan Almighty and Shorts. So even though your a bad actor you can still get casted in plenty of films.
