Great in Hateful Eight

Channing is great in the Hateful Eight.
This is a good career move for him.
I hope we will see him in future Tarantino's movies.

I am a fan of Tatum in the Jump Street movies and am looking forward to what he does in the future. But I gotta say Channing was just okay in the Hateful Eight IMO. He definitely wasn't bad, he just didn't have that same spark and intensity the rest of the cast had. Maybe upon a second viewing I'll feel differently but I call it like I see it. His performance seemed very dry to me and lacked flare. It's too bad because I was hoping to be impressed. But I do understand he didn't really have much to work with here. I blame Tarantino not Tatum. Looking forward to his next film "Hail, Ceasar"

great? sorry, who are you kidding. He had no business being that film with those other high caliber actors.

Very forgetful performance.

I thought he was great in it as well. I'm glad that he is getting g better, funny roles.

Too bad Tarantino didn't give him much to work with.

Thankfully, the Coens didn't make the same mistake. I gotta watch that movie if only to see that performance in context.
