Nothing going on between them. Lee Pace lived with Evangeline and her partner for a while during filming. They're good friends.

And FYI, that pic comes from a few years ago, when 'Lost' was still on the air. She's at the French film festival and over there women usually greet each other with a peck on the lips. The girl she's smooching is Claudia who was her stunt-double and roommate while on location for 'Lost'
This is actually not the fist time she kisses one of her co stars.

The original poster asked if there was "Something going on" between her and Lee Pace because she was kissing him. In the pic I posted, she was kissing a girl. So based on the O.P.'s logic there's something "going on" with her.
