Tony Jaa Should Be Iron Fist

You evidently don't know who Iron Fist is if you would suggest Tony Jaa for the role.

Thank you, Nut, that's what I meant, Iron Fist is white, and Marvel already has a few Asian martial arts characters. Iron Fist is one case where it's not stereotypical for a superhero to be white, since most mainstream martial arts heroes are Asian.

I gotta agree, it would be really stupid for Tony Jaa to play a blonde haired white guy...I would rather see him in a better role than Shang Chi though, he really isnt that popular of a character and a movie would probably do about as good as Jonah Hex.

I think this would work. Danny Rand is a blond haired white guy BUT so is Nick Fury and who plays that guy in the movies and the Marvel Ultimate comics? Sam Jackson. In the Ultimate U is the current Spider-Man white? No. He's a half hispanic, half black dude.
There isn't enough mainstream ethnic comic book characters. So why not take the some properties and give them an ethnic background? At the very least it'll bring some diversity and maybe offer other dimensions to the characters.

Besides, I've always thought that Marvel's top martial artist being a blond, white, American guy a wee bit off...
