We've endured years of Clarence Thomas doing nothing but rubber stamping the Republican agenda. No one will ever accuse him of following his own mind or contributing anything unique to the SC. That was the Republican answer to affirmative action, stick a do-nothing toadie in and pat themselves on the back for their diversity.
