If their was no political aspect to a supreme court justice then they wouldn't be asking these questions to begin with. The sad fact is the supreme court strayed from what it was supposed to do decades ago. All they should be doing is applying the actual words of the Constitution to laws to determine if things are Constitutional. It isn't that difficult to do, and their aren't really any ambiguities. But these fuck heads on the court have agendas and will go through extreme mental gymnastics to twist things so that they get to set policies from the bench. Hell the most clear cut example is when the court has struck down capital punishment as being unconstitutional. Common sense would clearly indicate that if capital punishment is being carried out year after year that is can never be considered cruel and unusual punishment as even if you somehow think it is cruel it is still not unusual... But these shit heads that were against use mental gymnastics to twist things around and ignore reality in 1972 when they struck down capital punishment in specific cases. Hell Look at Roe v Wade, yet again they pull out some bullshit right to privacy that isn't even in the Constitution as the basis of knocking down abortion laws. These were all agenda driven rulings that should never have happened. If people are unhappy with what the Constitution allows or doesn't allow then changes need to be made through amendments not from pushing shit heads into the Supreme Court that are willing to ignore their duty to twist ruling around to give politicians what they want.

Leftists are the dumbest, most delusional people in the world. This woman couldn't answer the simplest of all questions and all the leftards here are trying to make it seem like the person who asked the question is at fault. Anything to deflect from the truth.

Ask this question in 99% of the countries outside of the US, UK, Australia and NZ and you'll be laughed at for asking what even 2 year olds know.
