vengeance:poison and purge
I like the fact that he whomps the bully Samoan even after discovering that the guy is in a wheelchair and is apologetic about past misdeeds. This conflicts with ideas of Christian Charity, of course, but there are times when that might as well be thrown overboard. And he DOES still get taken down--but at least walks away with the satisfaction of having tried to correct old wrongs. The apparent remorse afterward shows that he's bought dignity at a price. Now he can move along with his life.
