Looks like she passed her popularity peek

I hope that is not the case, since she is quite a talented actress indeed. And at one point she seemed to be everywhere and in high demand. But now, I see her credits as being low in film projects of late. Only two for this year, and nothing really big for her in the last year or so in terms of big roles. Hopefully she has decided to slow down perhaps to take a break or to start a family or raise one. I hope that it is not a reflection of the typical Hollywood trope of an attractive actress once she passes her 30's, she is pushed aside for a younger model. Something about her screen presence brought the screen to life like in films such as Tron Legacy.

I gotta laugh that you think she has staying power. she had her 15 minutes, maybe a little longer then she should have. she has done no roles accept the "I'm so hotnsexy look at me I'm so hot yeah ooo I'm sexaaa" trampy roles. acting is not a requirement. would have been better as a model IMO.

The proper word is "peak." And the spelling of "peek" is correct, even if it is the wrong word choice.

"Peak" is the correct word in this contex. "Pique" would make absolutely no sense here.

You don't say. Since Peek would make no sense either, I suppose that my use of another homophone for Peak in my post may have just been intentional light-hearted satire. I thought I was pretty obvious, but I guess that yew too posters did knot catch it.

She's become a writer/director now with her critically acclaimed debut, "Booksmart", and she's still acting, too. So even though she's slowed down acting somewhat, she'll still be making movies, if that's what she wants to do.

Nothing quite so sinister about why she's not appearing more these days.

She's choosing fewer projects these days because she wants to raise her kids. Between her and Jason Sudeikis they've got more than enough money.

I remember her on "House". She was just fine in the role, but I never got what the BFD was about her. She certainly didn't seem to be significant film star material.
