I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw him in a movie trailer recently, he definitely reminds me of Peeta.

I've been told by fans that Peeta is supposed to be buff, but not ripped. I've only read the series once, so I couldn't remember. Apparently it's from having enough to eat and lifting sacks of flour and stuff.
