Can we get over this, please? Wonder Woman was cast in 2013, but even still, Alex even got asked about it last summer.

Please tell me she accepted the role.

I totally agree with you there. The Percy Jackson films show she can handle action scenes, and she looks the part of Wonder Woman. That said, there are a number of other DC roles she could easily play, such as Huntress, Zatanna or Catwoman. She could even be a good shout for the role of Raven in the upcoming 'Teen Titans' TV show.

All very poor consolations to the most famous female super hero of them all.

There is an ineffable quality WW has always had. A softness and beauty at odds with her toughness. It is not an easy thing to find I an actress and AD has it in spades. She is a razor bladed rose for sure.

godot looks tough but lacks that All American Girl Beauty that has always defined WW. More than others, she must be beautiful first and tough second. She is a goddess after all.

Michelle Ryan could do it but she's a pretty terrible actress for a Brit. Because of the Shakespearean traditions, British people usually make fine actors, but she's pretty bad.

It seems like DC is still going for that grittiness. Having failed to understand what was good and bad about Nolan's Batman, they have fully succumbed to the idea of it if it's gritty, ooooh, it must be good. Let's use those filters that make everybody look washed out and I have bad skin and we're going to great movie.

Who would have though they cast Batman as the pretty one? We get an ugly WW and a pretty boy Batman. Plus that weird creepy serial killer child rapist looking dude for the Flash.

Any they wonder why Marvel destroys them at the box office.

For Wonder Woman I would have preferred somebody like Jessica Biel or Gina Carano,Alex is a better choice for Zatanna


I think Affleck is a great choice for Batman. I also liked Henry Cavill as Sups and I can't wait to see Jared Leto as The Joker. All the other casting decisions are very bizarre.As of now I only plan on watching Batman Vs Superman,Suicide Squad and the Justice League movies. Marvel's casting has been way better

^This. I've always thought this. People really need to see past Wonder Woman. And if Alexandra would play anyone in Wonder Woman's cast I'd love to see her as Donna Troy/Wonder Girl/Troia.
