FYI when it comes to a high-profile celebrity case like this one, the authorities may put in weeks or months of investigation, *before* deciding whether to file charges! No prosecutor wants to be the next Marcia Clark, known worldwide for losing a high-profile case, I mean look at the Alec Baldwin case. Someone is shot dead in front of a hundred witnesses, and the DA works on the case for about a year before deciding not to prosecute.
So, Brand-Defending idiots, you are jumping the gun! By Christmas we might know whether any official investigation is being done at all, and by next autumn we might know whether Brand will be put on trial.
