He's obviously a fan of another Indian actress who tried to pretend she was a Hollywood star. She convinced South Asians that she was a huge star in the west just because she was in some L'oreal TV commercials. 

Remember Trashy Ashy's PR campaign to convince South Asians she was a big western star and pretend her low budget British movies were big Hollywood productions?
