After seeing the footage, his prison time is too much

Just for walking around and being escorted by cops?
Sure, he should get busted for walking in but not for being calm, quiet and respectful.

If he really was committing a crime then why didn't the police arrest him and away from the crowd when they had the chance?
He really looks innocent to me.

They should have given him probation and community service.
Not prison time for more than a year!

reply

Definitely, the guy was even reading Trump's tweet telling people to be peaceful and go home.

https://twitter.com/NewsBecker/status/1634045877999501312?s=20

reply

I would have no problem at all if Trump won and pardoned them all.

If he can pardon a soldier who murdered civilians then he should pardon those who did not murder.

reply

There were only a tiny fraction of people causing violence that day, 90% of charges are trespassing and parading. They should all be freed.

reply

The media turned a blind eye to the BLM riots, actually supported them, which were a million times worse and yet they act like as if these folks were worse than all the serial killers combined.

reply

Far more violence in the 2020 riots and the media not only ignored if they encouraged it, you're spot on.

reply

BS. These people broke into House chambers and interrupted the the electoral vote tally.

All of these people got off too easily.

reply

Did you even bother to watch the footage that Tucker showed?

reply

No, he didn’t, because he doesn’t care about the truth. He only wants to believe in the twisted, distorted, and fabricated narrative that was fed to him.

reply

The only thing that Tucker's video proved was that Chansley was definitely engaged in criminal trespass.

reply

The Capitol building is open to the public for tours which I have done.
I suppose they had it closed to tourists that day because of the large mob outside.
Though would it have been opened anyway or did they close it because of the vote count?

reply

Yes, it was closed for security reasons, because people were saying they were going to go there and stop the vote from taking place. Why don't you know this?

reply

Because I am not the Information-Police.

reply

People like you what's wrong with society these days.
You didn't even see the footage, no way you did, yet here you are spreading lies.

You pretend to care about justice and upholding the law, yet you are completely fine with arbitrary and unjustified sentences as long as it hits your political opponent.

You are disgusting.

reply

I saw a lot of footage. I'm sure the judges and prosecutors saw more footage than anyone.

reply

Oh look the thread was bumped but I have blocked whoever it was so I deduce whatever the post was it was some retarded shit.

reply

I just logged out and reloaded the thread, I was right it was some retarded shit.

reply

Thread bumped by another blocked account... I predict it's going to be more retarded shit spewed by a moron!

reply

Oh look I was right again!

reply

You are having a conversation with yourself. Who is the real retard here?

reply

It's called a monologue you uncultured swine.

reply

Whatever helps you sleep at night...weirdo. Ironically enough...that actually proves my point. You are so retarded you think you're opening up for SNL or doing late night. Also...monologues aren't done one sentence at a time at 10-minute intervals.

reply

Welcome to the block list faggot, I'm under no obligation to entertain you retards.

reply

Jesus H Christ...you're a pussycat too? LMFAOOOO You can't even handle words from a female. LOL go hide in your safe place Tinkerbell.

reply

I applaud you for this.

Signed, million man.

reply

No way! Lock Him Up! He carried a spear into the Capitol building and left a threatening note to Mike Pence in the Senate Chamber.

https://youtu.be/270F8s5TEKY * QAnon Shaman leaving threatening note in Capitol *

reply

He's already locked up numbnuts.

reply

lol

reply

Funny how one guy has zip ties, to tie up lawmakers, and is telling others to be respectful and to not sit in a chair!
LOL

reply

That reporter should have also been arrested if they also arrested those that were doing the same thing.
Going in and just documenting.

reply

The double standard of some people are incredible

Do an exercise, would you? Close your eyes for a moment, and imagine Biden lost the election and in respond a bunch of Biden followers take the capitol claiming is a revolution they refuse to accept the result, and they raid the capitol, something that so far I understand have never happened no even during the civil war, they vandalized the place one of the symbols of the democracy of the USA, they enter some office even take pictures of themselves with their feet over some desk and even fight the police.

Now be honest in that scenario if those people only get probation and community service you would shit your pants in anger

What this people did was illegal in any country, and they should pay for it, I don't think community service is enough and is incredible people who act like they are all respect for law and order were exactly the group who did this shit, people from the USA are f** weird men, fascinating country thought, I give you guys that

reply

If we hadn’t just had 8 months of constant violence, destruction and riots that was ignored and spun away from Biden’s side then maybe I would agree with you. J6 was a blip on the asshole of humanity compared to 2020.

reply

That's totally irrelevant you cant, use a crime to excuse another is like when people say a black men hitting or robbing a white men is nothing compare to a white cop killing a black men and for that reason people shoulnt give importance to any crimen commited for blacks

Both logics are wrong

reply

Bullshit, It’s entirely relevant if you want to select where your outrage is being focused on and then go pointing fingers at the other side.

reply

Dude youre such an hyppocryte you are pretending people cant be critical of both actions the events during the george floyd death protest were terrible and I expect every body involve be in jail and many discussions over the Internet I was very critical of those protest and the BLM movemnt in general, but we are not talking about that right now, do we?

This post is about one especific event and his consequences, again you cant use a crime to hide another

reply

Oh, by all means be critical of both things, but when you’re making this out to be something that it isn’t then you are being intellectually dishonest and an outright shyster.

You must be one of the more reasonable people out there if you can maintain objectivity on both fronts. But when America’s own leaders are claiming J6 to be even worse that 9/11 then I cannot take anything they say with slightest bit of confidence. It’s especially worrying when this thought process trickles down the general population.

Back to your original point about imagining all the things you regarded being vandalised and destroyed, wouldn’t you be mad? Damn right! But as I said, we just saw 8 months of people getting away with violence and destruction but the cultural zeitgeist and the media dictated that we just let it play out and don’t dare cast moral aspersions. There’s gotta be consistency with law and order (obviously) and moral reasoning but the message is loud and clear that it’s not part of the agenda.

reply

Not to mention that Dem’s are calling for the fall of America so they can rebuild it from the ground up, but then they all of a sudden care that the sanctity of the capitol is being corrupted.

What a load of crap!

reply

The action was illegal and one incredible disrespect to one of the main simbols of the USA democracy, something you should expect from a foreign enemy not from national civilians.

I would never imagine one day I would see the capitol been raid and for republicans the very group who claim be the most respectful to the national values and traditions

As i said is a fascinating country

reply

It’s fascinating how much racial lunacy goes on over there as well.

reply

OMG!!!
Putting feet on a desk??
They acted like as if it was the worst crime ever!
Even worse than Manson, Bundy and Dahmer combined!

Libs and the MSM lost their shit over this way too much while they accepted, supported and then brushed under the rug the Burn Loot Murder/Antifa riots from the summer before.

reply

The capital is not a symbol of democracy. It's a symbol of corruption

reply

Clearly he must be released now!

reply

I'm going to walk into your house and walk around while being calm, quiet, and respectful.

reply

As long as you don't break anything or harm anyone, cool.
Want dinner?
You are welcome to our table!

reply

Buy a book on Policing 101. Cherry-picked footage without any context at all. Anyone with half a brain knows what the police were trying to do with this jackass - get him out of the building in the best possible way. They were not escorting him on a sightseeing tour.

I wish all these computer warriors could be seen during incidents like this - they would surely act just like another Josh Hawley - flee like crazy.

reply

It does not make sense why they did not arrest him right then and there.
If you are not going to charge someone right away, and even with a police escort and walk around with him, then he should not have been arrested later.

reply

Again, go pick up a book on Policing 101.....

reply

Not givingg the footage to his lawyers, was a violation of his rights. He should not only be released immediately, but the people responsible should be investigation for possible criminal charges,

AND, the whole mass investigation should be shut down as a mass violation of human rights, and everyone released.

reply

So now you are excusing the January 6th riot?

reply

Wanting defendents to have their rights respected is not normally considered siding with the crime.

Or, it wasn't until 5 minutes ago, in America. I take it things have changed.

reply

Did he break the law or not?

reply

Sure he did.

But, he rights were not respected during his trial. Or the investigation.

That you cannot understand that I want his rights respected, is you being against the very concept of human rights.

That the LEFT, in general seems to be right there with you, is our nation being really fucked up.

reply

No I believe what you want is him to be excused from breaking the law. If this were any of the folks from BLM you would not care if their rights were violated.

reply

lol. This isn't about the voices in your head.

The FBI withheld vast amounts of evidence, thus violating his rights.

You are fine with that, and thus you are against Civil Rights.

Hilarious.

reply

Where did I say was fine with it? Quote where I said I was fine with it. I will wait.

reply

I'm not interested in silly troll games. The topic is the impact of the hidden information from the leaked footage.

THe point made is that this was evidence was hidden and thus a violation of the accused rights.

If you want to discuss this, say somethhing of value or fuck off.

reply

Lol nice so you can't back your claim yet again. How about this I will talk about whatever I want to. You are not the moderator on this forum champ.

reply

So, your position is that you will remain in this thread about the withholding of evidence/thus violation of civil rights and talk about other shit?

What an asshole you are.

AND it is clear that the only reason to do that, is to bury real discussion of how bad shit is getting. Because you support it, and oppose Civil Rights.

reply

Don't make claims you can't prove. That makes you look stupid.

reply

Do you support Trump having Civil RIghts or do you just want him destroyed?

reply

See there we go. Ask a question before lobbying an accusation. Before I answer you going to be civil if I answer or no? Be honest.

reply

"Civil" like you were, when you "asked" me if I was excusing the 1/6 riot?

You have your nerve.

reply

You lob accusations freely so I figured I would do it to you. Not civil huh? Don't dish what you can't take champ.

reply

DO YOU SUPPORT TRUMP HAVING CIVIL RIGHTS OR DO YOU JUST WANT HIM DESTROYED NO MATTER WHAT?

reply

Everyone should have civil rights. If he is guilty he should be punished if not then obviously he's innocent. Now lets flip it, if he is guilty of these crimes are you going to admit it or cover up for him?

reply

If you believe that everyone should have civil rights, then why in a thread about protecting the civil rights of certain defendents, is your response shit like, " I think you want him excused from breaking the law"?

reply

Because I think that's what you are trying to do. I don't feel you would want him prosecuted even if he was guilty. I think you would defend him no matter what. I feel you talking about civil rights is nothing but a facade.

reply

I think that you want your political enemies arresteda and jailed for political reasons.

The Shaman, he wasn't jailed because he tresspassed, he was in jail because he was a Trump supporter.

Trump isn't being investigated becuase anyone gives a FUCK about him giving hush money to a porn star, but because you people HATE him for political reasons.

Thus, The Shaman, was a political prisoner. ALL the 1/6 people are, because they were targetted far more aggressively than other rioters, due to being right leaning rioters.

You are kiling America.

reply

Quite the accusation. So anyone who doesn't agree with you thinks all the that huh? Quite dangerous when the only way someone can disagree with you is by being evil. Grow up. People can disagree with you and be good people.

reply

You expressed your view of me, so I shared my view of YOU.

And I said nothing of "disagreeing" with me. I spoke of politically motivated ACTIONS, and their consequences.

Arresting people based on political motivations is not "disagreement", it is a violation of their rights.

That's the point. Your talk of "wanting people excused from crimes" is just you dodging that fact.

reply

No anyone who doesn't like Trump you assume supports rights violations. Get out of your echo chamber.

reply

That is a weird thing to say. My view of the Left is based on their actions and their words. Trump has nothing to do with my view of the Left.

Do you think that a defendent has a right to see all the evidence, especially any that puts him in a better light?

reply

You never answered my question. I answered yours. If Trump was guilty would you admit it or defend him even if he was guilty?

reply

Guilty of paying off a porn star?

Yes, I don't care about that. And I don't think anyone else does either.

IMO, this is a political witch hunt and as such is a complete violation of Trump's civil rights, and an attack on the democratic process.

reply

I highly doubt this would be your mentality if this were a democrat. Also do you know for a fact Trump is innocent of all the crimes he is being charged for?

reply

Wait, you asked me a question. I answered. And you just changed the subject. So, what was the point of the question?

Oh, I see, you thought I would deny that, so you could attack me, and harp on it, like a fucking OCD mental patient.

So, there really WASN'T a point.

My point stands. THe investigation, the charge, is all about POLITICS, and thus a violation of his rights.

reply

Nope I suspected you of not being genuine. You don't know if he is guilty. You are assuming he is innocent. You assume he is innocent because he is a republican. Your logic goes no further than that.

reply

I don't care about the charge. I care about the fact it is an attempt to arrest a political opposition leader. It is clearly tryanny and a violation of civil rights.

You support that, I oppose it.

reply

I don't support it. You have nothing to back that accusation.

reply

Sure you don't. Coward.

reply

Your lie is dismissed scumbag.

reply

I support civil rights for all. You don't. You are the bad guy.

reply

Wrong I support civil rights for all also. We also need to see if he is guilty of the crimes he is being charged for.

reply

All you need to know, is that hte prosecution is BECASUE of political motive. That means that supporting the investigation is supporting tyranny.

reply

You are assuming he is innocent.

Innocent until proven guilty or did you forget how that works, oh yeah that’s right, it slipped my mind that you are a lefty, so right-wingers are always guilty until proven innocent…

You assume he is innocent because he is a republican.

…and therefore; you assume democrats are innocent until proven guilty, as it should be for both sides.

Your logic goes no further than that.

If you were to apply one ounce of that logic, you would remember the past eight years how the Dems have lied, fabricated, and attempted to frame Trump…and here we are again.

reply

And you want me to take your word for that? Sorry champ that's not going to happen. Idiots like yourself would cry even if Trump was guilty of the crimes he is being charged for. You are not credible.

reply

The problem is the clear violation of his rights and the attempt to suppress enemy politcal leader.

Your support of this, is you supporting tryanny.

reply

Like I asked earlier if he is guilty you going to defend him still? I believe you would defend him. I guess his words were true. He could shoot someone in the middle of 5th avenue and still have voters.

reply

I answered that. It is telling that you did not notice.

Clear distinciton here, pro or anti civil rights. I am pro, you are anti.

reply

And I don't believe your answer. I think you would defend him no matter what. That's the difference I won't defend a democrats corruption. You will defend a republicans though.

reply

Wow. you're really stupid.

How many political prisoners does a nation have to have, before it is not a free country?

reply

You are a scumbag. I don't respect idiots who cover up for their team.

reply
