Scarface Remake - Cast Oscar
Just a thought after watching him in A Most Violent Year, but he could pull off being Tony Montana; assuming of course that a Scarface remake actually happens.

I know it's not rocket science but it makes so much sense!
shareAgreed; although the '83 Scarface is a remake, it's the one that remains the most definitive.
shareHe should not be in the Scarface remake. He should leave that to Diddy, 50 Cent and any other rapper that has Scarface fantasies. Oscar Isaac is too good an actor to be in this. And also, any remake of the movie - even with the best actors- will be overshadowed by Al Pacino's portrayal of Tony Montana. This remake will be crap like the sequel to Carlito's Way called, Carlito's Way: Rise to Power (2005) with Jay Hernandez and Diddy.
What Oscar Isaac should do is play Al Pacino's dream role, Modigliani.
The movie is called, "Modi" (2015). It is being written by Jerzy & Mary Kromolowski (based on the play "Modigliani" by Dennis McIntyre). Al Pacino and Barry Navidi are producing it, and Bruce Beresford will be directing.
