He is what Tom Hardy was in 2012

Every few years a great talent comes along and he becomes one of the hottest commodity in the film industry. Tom Hardy took the film industry by storm after breaking through with his roles in Inception, Warrior, The Dark Knight Rises and since then he has commanded some top notch roles with some of the best talents in the business.

Oscar Isaac seems to be on the same meteoric rise. He was excellent in Drive and Ex Machina and now he's getting big roles with Star Wars and X-Men. Glad we have a talent like this in the business. Looking forward to seeing Isaac star in future films with the big names of hollywood.

So far I loved Oscar's performance in A Most Violent Year best, he was nothing short of great. A couple other not so watched films of Hardy's worth looking at are Locke and The Drop if you haven't seen them. He's great in both of those.

I've seen both. To be honest, I've probably seen almost every Tom Hardy movie.

That final scene in The Drop at the bar with Hardy tells that story and kills the guy was so well done. Just little things that Hardy does with his eyes when it comes to conveying emotions is why he is one of my favorite actors today.
