It's quite mean, IMO.

uhm, I larned how to read quite a while ago, thanks.
The topic title is 10 Worst Autograph Signer.

IMO it is wrong to blame minors. a) they don't owe anyone an autograph anyway and b) you don't know why you don't receive replys. It's not up to the child, it's up to the parents, agent, manager.... And there are many parents who choose not to allow the child to sign autographs.
And blaming the kids for the way their agents handle fanmail, well....
