I was shocked, too! I mean, you have one actress that's 30ish and another who's 14? Wow! But I guess she doesn't have much screen time in PLL, so it's not like she's around set much, so I doubt she has to comply with children working laws on set (school, shorter days, etc). Interesting...

She looks older then 14, I thought she would be 16-17 years old tops but she is barely legal just a kid!. Thats sooo weird, 14 year old hanging around with a bunch of 20 year olds.

Of course she does. It doesn't matter how long you're on the screen for, if you're a minor and haven't gotten your high school diploma, you have to have a teacher on set and do school. If she's not in it that much, she most likely spends her time in the classroom. And...she has to have a parent with her too. Just cause you work with someone doesn't mean you hang out with them.
